Throughout my career, I’ve helped launch more than a dozen AAA games, brought new entertainment IPs to life, and supported some of the most recognizable brands in the world.
I’m known for my resilience, fearlessness, and resourcefulness. I’m often the creative lead dropped into projects that push against the team’s comfort zone, demand unconventional thinking, and require new ways of working. That’s where I thrive. I never shy away from a challenge. The answer is never “no, it can’t be done.” It’s “sounds interesting, let’s figure it out together.”
My career began in Los Angeles as a storyboard artist, illustrating pitch boards for award-winning agencies and global brands. But I knew I had a broader vision to offer, so I pivoted into art direction and eventually, creative direction. That journey gave me a deep understanding of the entire creative pipeline, from concept to execution.
“Fear is the mind killer”- Frank Herbert, Dune. As a leader, I believe psychological safety is non-negotiable and breakthrough ideas only emerge when teams feel safe enough to take risks, get a little weird, and fail forward. My goal is always to create a space where creative people feel empowered, heard, and inspired.
I’ve worked in lean, scrappy agencies that consistently punched above their weight. I bring that same tenacity, curiosity, and creative problem-solving to every job I take on and every team I lead.
